Once you've decided to collaborate with us. We set an appointment in person or over the phone to go over the paperwork. All documentation required to file unclaimed funds on your behalf must be signed by you. A notary will come to you, or you can go to a notary, to verify and record all signatures.

We submit claims to various government agencies to verify the validity of the unclaimed funds after all paperwork and signatures have been submitted. A response can take up to 3-4 months depending on the county, city, or state. Once the agency has responded and all paperwork has been filed and approved. We await PAYDAY.....
Money to Individuals
Once we have received approval from all of the agencies, we will know when we will receive the check. We will contact you with that information and submit a check based on the contract terms, which will be 30 days from the date the check arrives in our office.

There are no out-of-pocket costs for you because our firm works on a contingency basis. Only if your claim is successfully collected do we get compensated. If the claim is rejected, you owe nothing to us because we will cover ALL claim-related costs up until they are paid.
After we get your paperwork package, we will dispatch a neighborhood notary to pick it up from you and deliver it overnight back to our office. Depending on the intricacy of the case, claims are often completed in 3–4 months. You receive your share of the claim, within 30 days of receiving it.
